De Democratische Eenheidsalliantie (DEA) drukt erop geen migrantenpartij te zijn. De partij zou inmiddels al een 300-tal leden hebben.<br /> &quot;We zijn een partij voor oude en nieuwe Belgen. We spreken niet graag over allochtonen en autochtonen. Onze partij wil een duidelijke afspiegeling van de maatschappij zijn&quot;, zegt woordvoerder Amir El Kebdani.<br /> <br /> Een voorzitter is nog niet aangesteld. Dat zal pas gebeuren op de algemene vergadering in april.<br /> Wel werkte de nieuwe partij al een lijst met prioriteiten uit. Eén daarvan is dat elke bewoner van België die minstens drie jaar in ons land verblijft, stemrecht krijgt. Een conditio sine qua non, want zonder dit punt weigert DEA lokaal of nationaal in een coalitie te stappen.<br /> DEA pleit ook voor een maandelijkse vergoeding van 500 euro (20.170 frank) voor thuiswerkende huisvrouwen. Voorts is veiligheid een belangrijk item voor DEA. Zo pleit de partij onder andere voor meer toezichters op bussen en trams, meer buurttoezichters en alternatieve straffen. --&gt;</div>
