Aysel Zeybek est une femme politique de la minorité turque de Thrace occidentale.
Victime de l'article 19 du Code de la nationalité grecque qui permet au gouvernement de retirer la nationalité à des citoyens non ethniquement grecs qui quittent le pays[1], elle a obtenu gain de cause devant la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme et a été réintégrée dans la nationalité grecque en 2001. En octobre 2009, elle a été candidate (non élue) du parti Nouvelle Démocratie dans la circonscription de Xanthi pour les élections législatives[2] [3].
